Scroll down to the fourth photo where you'll see this project, pre- felted. The before and after result is worlds apart.
These are my creations. I am trying to grow as a knitter! During my time with the needles, I use the time hooked up to an IPOD for listening therapy to improve my speech understanding.

Love the tea cozy! One question: how did you trim it without unraveling it? Or did you sew the edge somehow? Keep those needles moving! Love your projects! Hugs, Laurie
Hi Laurie,
To answer your question, in the felting process the strands bind into one another and does not fray. This tea cozy was 'fulled'(in the hot water washing process) so many times it will not ravel.
If you want to try felting Be sure and do a swatch or a small project first.
Happy knittin'.
Suzie
